Hi, I am new to the forum> I am interested in trying my hand at growing from seeds,
Phoenix Palms; (Canaries, Dactylifera, Reclinata, Rupicola, and others) here in mid Florida
area zone 9. I have read some information about germinating seeds in "strip trays", verses
using a "box bed" type. I would be interested in any information about this, as well as any information for the beginner. Many thanks, Gerry

I am interested in trying my hand at growing from seeds some "Phoenix" palms (Canarys', Dactylifera, Reclinata, Sylvestris or Theophrasti) here in mid Florida, Zone 9. I have read
some information about using "strip trays" as opposed to using "box beds". I would also
be interested to know what kind of "Green or Shade House" would be best for seed growing
and any other useful information for the beginner.
