My banana plants leaves are folding over along the center vein, I have a new leaf that unfurled yesterday and it is already starting to fold, can someone tell me why??

If the leaves are folded, aiming down, running lengthwise, then more than likely, it is extreme heat. Here in Texas, on days it is in the upper nineties, my trees look that way often. I water them more often to keep them from browning on the edges. I water them 2x a day.
