I recently ordered some banana trees from this site and for the sake of everyone else considering to make a purchase from this site I am posting my experience. I ordered my trees 1/25/06 and spoke with a rep from the company via phone and was able to get some much needed questions answered, not only about the ordering process but some growing tips as well. I found the rep pleasant and knowledgeable and his information was very helpful to my growing success. The rep told me the particular variety I was ordering was not in stock but they would be receiving an order of them and would ship mine as soon as they received their shipment. I received my trees 2/2/06 via federal express and found the pups to be in perfect condition. I also was sent a copy of my visa receipt and was told originally by rep that my card would not be charged until my pups were to be shipped. My card was charged on 2/2/06 and I received my pups on 2/3/06. Which means from my original conversation with the rep till the time I received my pups was a total of 8 days. I have since receiving my pups planted them and could not be happier !! I must say to all who are considering oredering anything from this site that I could not be happier at the service I have received. I just wanted to post this for all to read because as a business manager who deals with the public on a day to day basis. Most customers are quick in action to complain when there is a problem but also fail to give credit when credit is due. So to all whom it may concern at Banana Tree I must say I have had a pleasant experience in doing business with your company and have already shown your web site to propsective future customers (my friends and relatives) and I have given you all a great recomendationfrom me as well. Keep up the good work Banana Tree !!
