Hi , I just found this forum. I have recently just got interested in musa plants. I have been gardening and raising other plants for years. I am hoping to have as much success raising banana plants as I have had with raising other plants. I am looking for dwarf banana pups and pups of the kinds of bananas you get in the store. I have lots of seed packets and would be willing to trade multiple packets for pups. I also have some plants to trade for pups. I would also consider buying them. To get a list of seeds and plants I have e-mail me. You can reach me at plantsofheaven@yahoo.com.
Happy Gardening
Mike

I love tropical plants!

Hey Mike, Have you already looked at what these folks at the Banana Tree offer? I have had great luck with their stuff. The Dwarf red types are my personal favorites. The commerical grocery store types are Williams hybrids, unless I am mistaken. The corms they ship are usually growing within weeks and I have had plants (really the offspring of plants) from them that I got many years ago.
