I have bought 100 seeds and put them in various types of soils all well draining. NOTHING. Got frustrated and dug one up. I think maybe these seeds are not good. How do I tell? Planted in July. How long do they take? It has been 3 weeks, I would think the seeds would have at least sprouted a little something by now. Shall I fertilize? HELP. I am in So Cal.
