Msg. 1 of 2
I just recieved 4 banana plants ranging from 5 to 8 feet tall. During the move a lot of the leaves were shredded. After planting them the leaves started to sag and the shredded ones turned brown and have dried. It looks like they are recovering but do I cut off the leaves that are brown or half brown and dried? Also - some of the leaves that sagged are now fine but with a permanent bend. Do I support those leaves and hope they have the strength in a few weeks to stand alone?

I think the dried and fully brown leaves are surely dead. Suppose you could cut off the dried leaves and the half brown ones should be left alone. I think it will be alive soon.
Thanks
