Tropical Bananas

Posted: Aug 24, 2007 10:33 PM          Msg. 1 of 1
I have a 3-feet-tall banana plant at our backyard. It is very healthy and it has very wide leaves. It already has one small sucker. The plant is almost 4 months and I'm giving it plenty of water, fertilizer and sunshine (of course it already shaded our backyard garden). My question is, how am I going to manage my banana plant if the roots are already popping out the soil, red ants are feeding on the petiole of the foliage and I'm scared for my banana to get the banana bunchy top virus!! How am I going to do this???

Thanks for your help...

Plant a Banana in Soil;
And Before you know, it will start to grow...
