Hello all!
I'm extremely new to banana plants. I was givin a banana tree yesterday. it's about 4' tall with 3 shoots(I don't know what they are called) about 18" This is my first but definatly not the last. |

Greetings!
Congratulations on your recent banana plant acquisition. They are fun and are easy to grow and they do it quickly. Rich humus soil, light balanced fertilizer with each watering (they love water!---but need excellent drainage) and full sun. They are heavy feeders and also appreciate greensand which is high in potassium. They love manures---horse, cow, chicken. Enjoy! Mark Anthony |
