Please help with my banana tree I bought it home from the store and the gardener said to let it adjust from the trip home. Now my leaves are turning brown and a new shoot is coming up. Please advise me what to do . Do I plant it or what??????

Yeah, plant it. If the fronds totally turn brown cut them off. Just water it. It'll be fine.

i have found with my basjoos that the more cold hardy they are the more easily they burn till they get usd to the sun. i set mine out into the shade for 2 weeks and then moved them into the sun slowly and they still burned. but i put my dwarf oronicos right out in the sun and they didnt get burnt. just plant them, keep them watered( dont over water) and in a few days they will have new leaves on them that are more resistant to sunburn.
