no you should not pull them, but you planted them in cold wether. usually banana do not like to be grown in places where the temp might decrease to lower than 13 degrees celcius. i do not know the weather conditions of your country, but i beleive when the temp goes up the bananas will start to grow. the banana like too much potassium and nitrogen. try KNO3 ot 13-0-46 NPK fertilizer, 1 kg / tree / growing season. and about 100 g of magnesium sulfate. u need to add Ca , but if soil PH is high, or the irrigation water has more than 200 mg/L of CaCO3 than u do not need to add Ca source. as for trace or micro-elements, you can use the foliar applications. if you can do a soil analysis it is better. good luck

Yes, I forgot 13-0-46 is the potassium nitrate. 13 for the N = nitrogen 0 for the phosphorous = which means this fertilizer do not contain phosphorus. 46 for the K = potassium.
