Iam new to this site and new to tropical plants. I live in oklahoma and would like to grow some banana and palm plants. My patio is north facing and shaded. I would rather plant them in containers. I need all the advice that I can get. I dont want to try and grow them and not be successful. I hate it when a plant dies, so I'd rather not try to grow them if I dont have the right conditions for them.
