Hi Joan love you smile!

I have a couple palm species in mind, but I'm no palm expert by any stretch on the irrigation.

Trachies
Needles,
scientific name Chamerops Humilis (European Fan Palm),
Afghani palm
These would still need cold protection most likely to be long term survivors.

Tropical plants help! questions and answers. » Overfertilizing banana? Nov 9, 2004 08:49 PM (Total replies: 2)

Yeah, soil drainage is key, even if you try to nuke your plants by overfertilizing you'll by spared most times from dead plants since the salts etc from the "Miracle go" will wash away much easier with the good drainage. If you do go overboard with the super juice just flush it out by watering more often a few times that day to blast out the salts from the soil. And if you still insist on using to much of that miracle elixir come over to my house and fertlize my yard all you want ahahhaa
