I too have (had) a Banana Tree in a pot, got it in April of 2005, and kept it indoors. It did great until approx one month ago....The leaves turned yellow and then brown, those leaves totally died, then the plant fell over and I felt the stem by the ground and it was mush!!!! What did I do wrong??? I would like to purchase another one from a nursery, but Im afraid I will kill it too!!! Thank you for this forum and looking forward to a reply.
