Hi,

I had the same problem with my 1st plant, had no idea why, and then someone told be that they need lots and lots of light. My 2nd banana (now) with the light (actually I made it my self I bought a light bulb from hardware store that is made especially for plants and screwed it to a regular table lamp) so the lamp is right on top of the plant. So far so good new leafs coming out without any problems...
I am not an expert but you can always try... ;) Hope this helps, good luck!

Hi Green99,
Glad you liked it.... lol. Thanks for the reply. I presumed that since it's a tropical plant then will need the heat. So, I did what you said earlier. Oh, one more thing, quick question can I take my bananas plants outside in the summer (20 C-26 C) maybe in hot and humid day only. Thanks again for the reply, appreciate it!
