A very showy palm with its long arching fronds and broad 3" leaflets. Known for flowering at early age and for its bulging base and large crownshaft to 30'. Beautiful in the tropical landscape. Plant at 1" depth using well draining soil mixture. Keep warm, damp, and in bright light. Fertilize monthly.
