Similar to Panax quinquefolius in appearance. This ginseng has slightly larger leaves with less serration and the red berries are 1/4" diameter compared to 1/2". It grows to 2 1/2 . The seed is stratified and ready to plant. The roots and rhizomes of both are routinely grown by many growers for sale to various countries, including the U.S. If you are ordering both types of ginseng be sure that you do not plant them together.
