Fast growing South American tree to 30' . Known mainly for its 3/4" brown fruits which are are used as a soap. Handsome evergreen with 1' leaves and 4" oblong leaflets. Small white flowers. Plant at a depth of 1" as soon as received. Use Well draining soil mixture. Keep damp, in bright light and keep warm.
