| This is a very fast growing, cold tolerant Cycad found on limestone mountains in Northern Thailand near the Laos border. Winter temperature in this area may go as low as 25 degrees Fahrenheit and the plants can be covered with snow and ice. It's height when mature is 25' with its stem becoming almost white. Sometimes 2-3 heads may develop on a plant with leaves 4' long. We offer small 2 year old plants with 2 or 3 leaves and a long tuberous carrot-like root. Germination for: CYCAD - CYCAS sp. - NOVA WILAILAK
Plant as soon as received using a very well draining soil mixture with as much as 30% perlite added to it. Prefers temperatures between 68 and 85 with some humidity. Filtered sunlight.Keep only lightly moist.
