| This is the a 50' deciduous sister tree to the P. acidus. Flaking bark, small leaflets are 2 ranked linear oblong to 3/4" and make it a desirable ornamental tree. Produces small oval fruits to 1" eaten as pickles, or stewed with sugar. |
