Growing Instructions & Tips: |
| We grow this handsome Winterberry in zone 5 yet it will also grow in zone 4. It produces 1/8" globose seeds that are light blue in color as opposed to most Ilex which produce red seed. It is a siff stemmed, shrubby tree which becomes laden with dark green oval leaves ( 1/2" x @" ). Although slow growing it will eventually create a a beautiful focal point to a driveway, or may be planted anywhere in the landscape. |
