Handsome foliage on this tree is similar to Holly - the leaves are longer and a little contorted. Grown mainly for the production of the nuts but it is also an attractive landscape tree and a unique indoor ornamental. Its hard seed coat must be filed before planting. Our packet size for Macadamia contains three large heavy seeds usually the size of a medium marble. The weight of 100 seeds is approximately 1 lb. |
