| NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE - NEXT HARVEST IS NOT KNOWN. This cinnamon is used the same as the commercial C. zeylanicum spice, having the smell and nearly the same flavor. It is an attractive shrubby 35' tree with shiny ovate leaves. Aside from its use as a spice this specie is also known for various medicinal uses derived from its bark. |
Germination for: CINNAMOMUM cassia "Chinese cinnamon"
Plant the seeds immediately at 1/2" depth in well draining soil mixture. Keep warm, lightly moist and in bright light. Fertilize monthly.
