Growing Instructions & Tips:
  It may take up to two years to produce its fruits which are usually eaten cooked or in making jellies. A bit more hardy than most papaya. Often used as root stock. Attractive foliage with prominent digits. Mature height is 18'. Germination for: CARICA pubescens "Mountain papaya / Chamburo" Plant at 1/2" depth using well draining soil mix. Keep warm, damp and in bright light. Fertilize weekly.
