| In the tropics this shrub may reach 25' but in a nursery it is usually offered at less than 2' and frequently it is pruned and kept at a height of 1'. It is a handsome plant with numeroius oval shaped leaves. Flowers are white and aromatic. Small, bright red fruits are edible. |
Germination for: CARISSA grandiflora "Natal Plum"
Using well draining soil mixture cover the seeds with only 3/8" of mixture. Keep damp, warm and in bright light. Do not keep wet. Plants like high humidity.
