This uncommon type of ginger produces 3' flowering stalks with very large bright red flower heads 6' across covered with numerous red, finger-like bracts curved upwards. Flowering also occurs sporadically at the 1' height. The foliage stems rise to 7'	Germination for: ETLINGERA venusta Pre soak the seeds for 24 hours using warm water before planting at 1/2" depth.
