Growing Instructions & Tips:
  The physical appearance of this squash is like a very warty skinned green cucumber with tapered ends. Slightly bitter lemon taste. Used mainly with pork or shrimp. Sow June 15 and harvest in 75 days - when 6" long and tender. The vine should be trellised. Germination for: #305 Bitter Melon / FOO GWA Soak seeds overnight in warm water. Plant at 1" depth in loamy soil. Ideal temp is 70F. Germination in 10-14 days. Fertilize weekly.
